SaleSignal provides TikTok Shop trend data, product analytics, and creator intelligence tools. The Service is intended for affiliate creators, marketers, and agencies researching product opportunities.
SaleSignal offers a Free plan and a Pro subscription at £20/month. Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your Settings page. We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee — contact support@salesignal.co.uk within 7 days of payment.
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-export data for redistribution; share account credentials; use the Service to build competing products; or attempt to circumvent access controls. Violations may result in immediate account termination.
SaleSignal aggregates publicly available TikTok Shop data from multiple third-party providers. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all data is complete, current, or error-free. Do not rely solely on this data for financial decisions.
All content, branding, and software on SaleSignal is owned by SaleSignal or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaleSignal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding a claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. Paid subscriptions will not be refunded unless within the 7-day guarantee period.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 14 days in advance.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence give you the right to bring proceedings in your local courts.
Before commencing legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith via written correspondence. Send any complaint or dispute notice to support@salesignal.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through correspondence, either party may pursue formal legal remedies as set out in section 10.
